Yes, the studios at the Schwarzer Adler are unbelievably comfortable. And yes, sometimes it’s tempting to snuggle up in bed and enjoy doing sweet nothing for once. Except for a quick sauna session, perhaps. Or treating yourself to an aperitif. But then you’d miss everything that the area around your apartment in Sterzing old town has to offer. And that would be a pity.

When is the best time to travel? Now.

I’m arriving by car.

The easiest way to reach Sterzing from both the north and south is via the Brenner motorway. Once you’ve left the motorway at the Sterzing/Vipiteno exit, just follow the signs to the town centre.

Where can I park my car?

Because you like things to be straightforward: You’ll find some parking spaces in the hotel courtyard. If they’re all full, you can park at the City Center car park, just a four-minute walk away from the Schwarzer Adler. There are also parking spaces directly outside the hotel. We charge €13.00 per day for the use of these, which will be added to your room bill.

I’m travelling by train.

Great choice! Because you’re as dedicated to sustainability as we are, you can enjoy a comfortable, eco-friendly journey to Sterzing by train. We’ll be happy to assist you with transport to and from Sterzing train station
